LeafGuard gutters...help=)

Wondering if anyone has had experience with LeafGurad gutters? We are scheduled to have them installed soon, but I just found a site with many negative reviews...many mentioning that they caused basement flooding which was a primary reason we were getting new gutters. (Others mentioned many other problems.) Previously, we had found a lot of positive reviews. So, I thought I would post here ~ where I get so much good advice and helpful feedback to see if anyone has had personal experiences with LeafGuard? Thank you so much for your time and any help and/or thoughts=)
