If you"ve purchased any large area rugs from Kohls like a  9 x12 or bigger, and had it delivered, do they come rolled up or folded? I have ordered big rugs from another online store and they came folded and it took forever to get the creases out, I don't want to experience that again.

@gulf coast girl  While at the store, I asked to speak to the manager.  I told her I wanted "on record" for my rug to be rolled & NOT folded.

When the manager placed the delivery order, the receipt clearly stated "Customer requested ROLLED rug."

I have purchased several different size rugs from Kohls (my go-to place for rugs), and they always come rolled.

@gulf coast girl.  I bu6 lots of rugs online and I've never received one folded.  I wouldn't accept one folded as the creases may never disappear.
