I like the style...but for me to live in a house I need the bottom portion of my window covered for privacy.  I have top down/bottom up blinds at most of my windows.

I LOVE beautiful fabric and the softness curtains bring to the stark sharp lines of windows.  The simplicity of these curtains fit perfectly with this room and I love it.  Rooms without curtains never look finished to me ...

I think the way they did the drapes is fine. Makes sense to me. Even though the style isn’t my preference, I think the room is well done. I like that it’s not overly decorated, fussy, or cluttered.

The room is lovely and appealing as is the window curtain!  I have curtains throughout my home and they make many of the rooms warm and inviting.  I do not care for bare windows without privacy, I am a curtain or drape fan.

@lolakimono

I really like the looks of this room!

The window treatment "just fit" IMO!

No, I don't love the swags at the widows, though neither do I dislike them. I do like just about everything else about this lovely colonial room. I covet the rug, adore the corner cabinet and would swipe if I could the nearest chair and the table. Also like the mustard trim around the fireplace.

I love everything about this room!  The curtains.........I could live with it.  It would be easy to let them down at night.

I don't care for the curtains, but from this small segment of the room they appear to be backwards.  It is my guess that each goes with another window that we can't see.

I like the room, and even though I don't really like the curtains, they're not terrible.  They go with the look.
