Kitchen Sink Stains

Do you have any suggestions on keeping the kitchen sink from staining? It is a relatively new sink, but it still causes me a lot of grief...I bleach it and the next day it's starting to yellow again. Is there anything I can coat the sink with...to help it from being so like a sponge.

Thanks for any ideas you might give me.
