To much white for me. I would have some of the furniture in a wood tone. White walls are fine.

I like it but the ceiling pendants look totally out of place..I would change them to a more vintage looking pendant.

Really like it, but not the kitchen ceiling so high.  Love the china cabinet and the DR ceiling.

@DREAMON

I don’t understand the choice of the ceiling lights either. They look really out of place with the rest of the furnishings.

There's not much I care for in this dining room.

It's a bit unexpected.  I appreciate the mix of a hit of modern and vintage touches.  White in a home always works for me!

Re: Kitchen Dining Area...

[ Edited ]

I love what I call *chippy-chippy* furniture and have a LOT of it.  Like almost every piece of furniture, every room, both homes.

Helps when you have little ones banging around clumsily.

But I do like *real* wood furniture, too.

Just not mixed together.

My dining chairs are very similar to those, (Bramble Renee) except they are armed.  And the fabric is 'performance' (easy to keep clean) although I still drape pestemals over them especially when serving tomato sauce based meals!
