It just sunk in for me that the title of this thread is "Just for Fun"—so I'm striking my earlier boring, practical answer and changing it to A MEDIA ROOM. Smiley Happy  I do pretty well with my current living room setup when I have movie parties, but if we're daydreaming here, I'd love to have a dedicated room just for hosting gatherings where we can all enjoy our own nice recliners with drink holders, a huge screen with accompanying projector, and a snack area along the back wall.

Same here! I'm thinking in the basement. A pool just big enough to do my physical therapy at home, rather than having to drive to the Y. The grandkids would enjoy it when they visit, too!

I would love an ensuite master bedroom with the bathroom having a separate tub and shower.And a walk in closet.
