I have a drip mark (about 12 inches long) under the handle on the front of my fridge. I've used stainless steel cleaners and they seem to cover the mark temporarily. But a few days later the drip mark is back.
Has anyone else had a similar situation - did you find a method to remove the stain?
Thank you!

I have the same problem but have not found a solution. Hopefully someone here will be able to help both of us. ![]()

I use these on my stainless appliances. I notice water marks on my dishwasher and this removes them.

Yes!! The drip is on my dishwasher front. I went thru. my order history and cannot find the item number but I think it was a Joe Camponella (spelling) product. It was 2 tubs of a paste type product. It seemed to work on my issue. I don't love the product but it did seem to help.

I've heard of using WD40 for marks like this but haven't used it myself.
Eta- When I bought stainless appliances I was educated by an appliance store owner who said that there all different grades of stainless steel. What works on one appliance may not work on another.

@BunSnoop I had a drip stain and some scratches that drove me crazy on my stove.
I found a kit at home depot that I think was made by either Armstrong or possibly Rustoleum. It had a small sander inside- looked like a nail brush- with 3 or 4 different grades of sanding material. I used it very carefully and it did remove the scratches, drip stain.
You just sand very lightly with the grain of the stainless and there was a cleansing oil pad that came with it that rubbed over it when finished that removed any trace of the steel.
Wish I could remember which company--I do recall it came in a very small purple box.

yes, on drips. My appliance man suggested WD40, spray & wipe with soft cloth. It worked like magic for me and I use it on all of my stainless steel items now.

I use regular furniture polish.

The Real Simple magazine recommends the Howard's Stainless Steel cleaner, which is available in a spray bottle.
I use it with a microfiber cloth made for stainless (available at Target), and it works great to remove stubborn drip marks.
I couldn't find it locally, so I bought the cleaner on Amazon.

The stainless wipes work well as does WD40. I have also used Windex with vinegar some marks. Good luck.
