This is standard MO for Joy which is why I absolutely refuse to partake in any of her stuff anymore, with the exception of her hangers.

She comes out with something, it's horrible, it gets horrible reviews, they clearance it out and pull it and the reviews from the website. Then she relaunches the item again and no one knows how bad the prior reviews are.

It has happened with more Joy products than I care to even think about. I wondered why HSN was calling this a worldwide launch when she's sold these towels before. These must be the "new and improved" version.

Wow, so many negative reviews. I'm not sure how many people tried her towels but I love them.

We moved to our new house 4 years ago and I was given a set of her towels as a house warming gift. At the time, I didn't know who she was as I've never watched HSN. I thought the towels were bought at a store.

My first impression was that they were thin. I didn't think I'd like them but certainly didn't want the family member who gave them to us to know that.

The towels are a dark brown.

We have been using them for the past four years and they are our favorite towels. They are lightweight and although thin, I think they were designed that way. They are so absorbant I thought they were microfiber but they are not. I'm not sure why they are more absorbant than thicker towels, but they are.

Mine have been bleached a few times but the washcloths and hand towels have been bleached regularly.

Nothing has faded. They all match each other even though some have not been bleached. The bleached hand towels are still the same dark brown.

BTW, I loved these towels so much I finally asked the person who gave them to us where she bought them. She told me HSN.

I just bought two sets when they were on. I love them.

I do not know her other products so can't comment on those.
