I would have never thought of this as a modern farmhuse style,but love all of it as it is beautiful but not pretentious, just like Jennifer Garner. I especially love the reading nook. So cozy.

@magicmoodz  -  I agree with you 100%.  The only room I like is the white one.  The other rooms are too dark and gloomy for me.

I suspect the house is a lot brighter day to day than it appears in the photos. In the first photo, you can see an overcast sky. The house has a ton of windows and would probably be bathed in light most days, they just shot the photos on a cloudy and overcast day.
