@Mominohio~Thank You! I'm one of those lucky Moms that get to call my daughter my best friend. Now, as an adult...not when she was a child. She makes me boundlessly proud and will make a beautiful bride! We have done almost everything together in planning the wedding (except for the few things that matter to my future son in law!). Our families are very bonded already we included his Mom in quite a bit.  From dress and shoe shopping, flowers, designing invitations, jewellery~which I am making as I did for my daughter in law 2 years ago.

You are so right, it is a journey, one I will never forget and will treasure in my heart forever. 💜

Gem, congratulatons on your daughters wedding. What a happy time!e

To add to your originalI  observation- I agree. But this is totally my opinion and taste, and not everyone has the same taste as me.

I used to have: BL lighted fall garlands, BL lighted wreaths, BL lighted pot of daffodills, BL lighted rose bush, BL lighted dogwood garlands, BL lighted dogwood wreaths, BL lighted amaryllis, and probably items that I now have forgotten. I have donated all of them. I thought it was starting to look like a carnival at my home.

I still have lighted items, 4 sets of Valeries original mercury glass globes, Valeries set of 3 white snowballs from last year (I am using them right now in my dining room on pedestals to coordinate with a sea theme on my table). I also own Valeries square pedestals in chocolate, silver, gold, red, green and blue. I have many candle impressions type candles and a few luminaras. I do like some lighted items. I just think I got out of control with the lighted florals/garlands/wreaths.

A little here, a little there is what works for me/

I love all the beaded fruit, too, and I got Valerie's beaded fruit wreath and garland last year--love.  I just wanted plain realistic-looking pears for my wire apothecary, though, to look more natural and rustic.  Pricey, but they look like they will fit the bill.

I have a BL plugin garland and wreath which is my all time favorite, however, I don't really buy lighted items.  I buy various items I find locally and light them myself with either candles or my $5.00 timer lights from Big Lots.

I just bought these from YC and put in the big lots lights,

Also bought this on clearance, as I love plaid and green and can either use the lights or candle.
