J. Shore Spring Luminara (A-D) candles =(

Hi! Just received my Jim Shore Spring Luminara A-D candles (Rabbit w/wheelbarrow) and they both are completely cracked...one all the way down both sides and the other all the way down one side. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience? Trying to decide if I should attempt to order replacements. (If they are available.) The main shipping box and the individual boxes inside look perfect. Thank you so much for any input.
