I think it's older lady that doesn't know when to stop, puts out what she likes.

 

The sofa looks new -- doesn't go with the curtains, everything is mismatched, many items look dated, the wall artwork is mostly contemporary, except for the piece above the fireplace, which looks like something that was passed down.

 

The lamp on the table in the back looks modern, which doesn't seem to go with the chandelier, or the traditional lamp to the right.

 

Looks like a put out what you like person, perhaps the home was inherited and things added.
