today to pick up an order that was web shipped. It was a nightmare getting someone to wait on me. I will pay for shipping from now on. But that is another story.

I went to the garden center and saw these mesh ribbon wreaths. They were in all kinds of color with real Christmas ribbon running through the mesh part of it. They had some Christmas ornaments added to them, but not anything like the ones that have been posted here recently. I can kick myself though for not buying me one and I am going out first thing in the morning to see if our Walmart has them. One thought popped in my head on the way home. You have this beautiful start, and all these ornaments at home waiting to be used. Embellish, embellish! Oh the best part. $19.99

Today was the first chemo treatment for my husband. I dropped him off at the hospital and went to pick up the Walmart order. On the way out of the store I got a phone call. My husband had a major reaction to the chemo. His blood sugar shot up, as well as his blood pressure. He was having breathing problems and throwing up. They had to run a saline solution to get rid of the little bit of chemo that he had received. He received a slightly different version of the chemo and had no problems.

We left the house at 10 and we just got home around 8:30. I am tired and I was nervous all the way home. I don't like to drive at night anymore and I had to take us over a dangerous road called Pacheco Pass. It goes over a mountain, and has steep turns and the like. But we made it home safe and that is what counts.

Aww now I can breath again.
