I need recommendations for bathroom towels!

I'm ready to buy some new bathroom towels. Now I could go to a few stores and feel the towels and buy the softest, but that doesn't mean it's the best towel.

I'm looking for a soft towel but not so soft that it doesn't absorb water after a shower! I'd also love a towel which holds its color for a while and doesn't snag or unravel easily.

It doesn't have to be a towel from QVC. Cost doesn't matter - quality does!
