The ceiling? Looks like wallpaper to me. If its painted whoever did a fantastic job.

I wouldn't either, but I have to admit that that is a cute cottage. That's a great way to decorate on a budget.

I'd love to have a cozy cottage like that.

If it is paint I would think it was done with rollers paint, the white on the whole ceiling, then a blue stripe, the the beige and finally the burgundy. It is very precise work

Oh no. No no no. Wayyyyyy too much. I'm often surprised that a plethora of busy patterns can be so popular. Of course, that person's house - that person's choices, and I DO respect that.

But I don't know how long I could sit in that room, seeing all that, and not get nauseous.

I like the ceiling...something different. Regardless of whether it's paint or wallpaper, it was a lot of work to do and someone did a good job.

I'm guessing the ceiling is covered with either wallpaper or fabric. Who in their right mind would tackle that as a painting project?
