3 cups	all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons	cinnamon
1 teaspoon	baking soda
½ teaspoon	baking powder
½ teaspoon	salt
½ cup	vegetable oil
2 cups	sugar
2	eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon	vanilla
2 cups	apples - peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
1 cup	broken walnuts

@pattypeep, yes but I added only 1 1/2 cups of sugar and it was still sweet and my recipe didn’t call for walnuts but had I had any on hand, they would’ve gone in. Enjoy it.

I know what you mean mominohio.  We drove to Amish Country this past Saturday and was hoping to see some color.  Although it was a pretty drive (always is because of the beautiful rolling hills and valleys) it was not very colorful.  We did see some color but none of the vivid reds that I really wanted to see.  Not like last year when we drove through the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC the end of October.  Those mountains were gorgeous.
