Today at Bealls Outlet I spotted many Homeworx by Harry Slatkin candles.  I'm not a candle person and wouldn't have noticed except a pretty jar with etched glass caught my eye and I seem to have remembered Shawn going on and on about the candle during a presentation. I looked through the shelf and then saw many others near the registers and there were probably 10 different scents.  I purchased a lemon cupcake one and it is lovely.  I noticed the QVC item number is even imprinted on the bottom.  Just wanted to mention this more affordable opportunity to purchase if there are other Homeworx fans out there.

@robijax  What was the price and the size? I don't think we have Bealls here in PA, but I would like to try his candles for less money. The last time I bought his candles was maybe 15 or 20 years ago, and they were not good. They must have improved, because everyone seems to like them.

The one I got was an 18 oz for $12.99.  I might go back tomorrow - on Monday's everything is an additional 10% off.

I ordered a set of his Christmas candles a few years ago. The scents were wonderful...but could not get all the wicks to burn evenly; one would burn more quickly than the others and snuff out at least one of the others. I gave up on them as well as the BBW ones that so many rave about. I just can deal with one wick at a time,I suppose.

I've had good and bad experiences with his candles. I try to catch them on sale so it's no biggie...
