H211397 now only one of them works. Is there some other way to use the oil?

Get some sheets of craft felt from the hobby store and cut out some fun shapes. Take the oil and put drops on the felt cut-outs and hang them.

You could also put the oil in a wax-melt warmer. This will throw fragrance into the room.
