Home security camera recommendation

I have an inexpensive "Ring type"  camera on our porch. However, it is so sensitive that any time the flag moves or a bug flies by, it trips the sensor. I have it set to the lowest setting possible. It was draining my phone battery so badly that I turned it off.

We are having more problems (like a lot of people) with thefts of items left on the porch, so I would really like a reliable security camera.

Does anyone have recommendations, pros/cons, or any other info that may be helpful?

Thanks so much. :-)

We installed SkyBell. Highly reliable and no monthly fees.

Eufy TB200 is a doorbell type camera that will identify people versus birds, shadows etc.  It will send you a facial snapshot when triggered so you can see who is there.  It has military level encryption so would be very difficult to hack.  Oh, and it let's you set up 3 responses to people on your porch if you arent home.  No monthly fee, but can be a bit pricy at about $150 - $200.  I have a friend who has one and  I am in the processing of replacing my cameras with Eufy cameras.
