Looking for the remote that goes with Home Reflections Sphere candles I bought two years ago. Apparently you have to have the remote for the timer to work. Customer service said I'd have to contact the manufacturer but she didn't have their contact information. Thank you.

@Grammy in Florida. On the outside chance you'd find someone with this remote, what do you hope to accomplish?  You couldn't buy it because such activity, as well as giving your address, would violate board standards.

As I said I'm looking for the manufactures information to see if I could purchase one from them. I don't have any of the paperwork that came with the candles.

Maybe try calling CS again? Hard to believe they don't have that information. Perhaps contacting whoever is in charge of the Home Reflections line. They know who manufacture's the products they buy to sell on Q.
