That is wierd---- in our stores Ive noticed tons of summer/beach theme, now they've always had a very small section of western themed stuff  (afterall Texas here) but as I said very small and major decor is mostly bright colors of summer and patriotic stuff for July 4th.................and I bet if I get there this weekend they probably started putting out the fall/halloween stuff like they did last year.............

@VirgoGirl I am a Kirkland's regular, either I shop in store or on line, they always offer discount coupons and their inventory changes quite frequently, I absolutely love that store!

Edit:  If you do not want to sign up for their emails, I just discovered that you can go to their website, type in the search bar "Discount Coupons" and it will bring up all that are available at the time.  Now at times they will be for online orders only (but they do FREE ship to store) or for in store only, but a couple of times they have offered both so it is at least worth a try if they have nothing on their homepage!

You know what's funny about Kirklands is they have a store in a huge gigantic very very popular shopping center not too far from me, yet although this Kirklands has some nice things, overall it's a tad dull, but in another shopping center on the other side of town from me, that store is SPECTACULAR so many wonderful things!!!!  But such a difference in stores!!!

Re: Hobby Lobby disappointment

@Spurt We have 3 within 1 1/2 hours of where we live, I mostly go to the one that is within 1/2 hour but it is so tiny I cannot bring my purse inside (I like a big old bag so I can carry everything), if I turn too sharply in this store my purse will knock displays down, but I usually find something, but you have to look very carefully as they tend to shove things anywhere they can find room.  But out of all 3 stores this staffs the most helpful, friendliest clerks you could ever hope for, which as a frequent shopper I appreciate very much!

Of course the one furthest away is the largest, and the 1st time I walked into that store, it was like heaven had turned on the lights, it was so bright, so big, and so much to choose from, I felt like I had entered Oz (a whole new world).

The least favorite is within an hour and I only go to that store if we are in the area, and sometimes I will not even go.  The staff has not been helpful nor friendly, and considering how big it is IMO they carry the least amount of variety.

So YES, I do know what a difference a store can make!

@Spurt - fall stuff already out and wait for it - they have ALREADY put some Christmas stuff out!  Two rows of it at my store!
