The gangster John Dillinger was arrested in this house in Tucson in 1934.  Some of it I like & some of it I don't & for the price they're asking, it should be pristine! JMHO

@aubnwa01     The house really looks southwestern.  Do you know the architect?

Interesting house.  I don't care for their paint choices.  The colors don't flow from room to room.  Cute Casita.  I'd like a big deck on the back.

@Katcat1  Sorry, I don't.  It was built in 1925 & there are a lot of similar looking older houses in the neighborhoods of central Tucson.

@Kachina624  I agree!  Some of those paint choices are pretty jarring!

I like it except for the flooring. I've never liked saltillo tile. It used to be very popular here in Arizona.

I like how colorful it is except the green in the kitchen.

@azgal  I like saltillo tile, but it has to be in a certain style & vintage of home, otherwise it just looks dated to me.

What a fascinating history this house has, @aubnwa01 !  Thanks for posting it.

You never know, someone may buy it who will give it the period-appropriate, sympathetic restoration it deserves.

I love Tucson, always so looked forward to our cross-country drives there to visit my aunt and uncle.

I love the outside of the house but not the wood floors!

I like the house but the wild colors not so much. Love the wood floors. Pretty typical for Arizona, but not the colors on the walls. I'm used to white walls. I like the toned down rooms and the fact they don't have grass.
