Help with Kitchen Cabinets!

Hi everyone,

I don't usually post on this For the Home Talk Community but I need some home advice and thought I would ask the experts here!

I have darker oak cabinets in the kitchen (and master bathroom) that need some help. The cabinets don't have handles and are starting to look like they could use a new finish - looking somewhat scratched and scuffed in certain places where they are handled frequently.

Is there some kind of cabinet cleaner or refinisher product I can use to give them a facelift? Hopefully, something easy because I really don't want to take off the doors and strip them and restain them, if I don't have to!
