Does anyone still sew..?

does anyone have a vintage Singer featherweight...?

I just aquired a 1948 vintage Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine built 1948....

I already had a 1974 Viking and a new Janome..which I hate....

I love the Viking...but I really love this old SInger.....staight sewing and solid as a rock...

Anyone out there up for sewing machine talk...sewing discusions....

I'm not a quilter like a lot of you ....but ...I used to make most of my clothes many years ago...I was very good at it too.....Vogue patterns...now I just make camisoles ....I alter new blouses and love crafty work...still fun though.
