I use a laundry basket on the closet floor.

I don't have a linen closet and my bathrooms are tiny (townhouse), so every inch matters.

@pegsue We have a master bath open to the master bedroom.  I like to "sort" my laundry as I place it in the bags to be laudered. I purchased a three section, slender configuration that I placed between one of the dressers and a wall in our bedroom. Each section is able to be lifted out. One is for my delicates, one for dh's clothes, etc. When I decide to do laundry, I just grab a section and go for it.

@ValuSkr,I have a laundry chute and I love it. It goes directly to the laundry room. For the other bathrooms I have the built in drawer. I gather the laundry from the drawers and throw down the chute.

My dream house will have a laundry chute and a central vac.

My mother has a central vac and I love vacuuming her house!
