Help! Trouble with Santa's Best artificial tree!

I just received my tree today. It's beautiful, easy set up, and I couldn't be happier. As I'm sitting here using the remote to change the colors, it worked flawlessly over and over. I accidentally hi the button on the remote when I had it in Steady white mode. The tree turned off. After that I cannot get it to go to multi color or changing colors. I also didn't get the storage bag either. Didn't they come with it when they were on TSV in September? That's when I ordered it. I need help!
