We did a new roof plus kitchen cabinets and counter tops this last year (not from Lowes though, just the new dishwasher two weeks ago) and now we're looking to replace flooring and carpet in the family and laundry room and some hardwood in the entry and dining room, etc.
We've gotten some ball park figures from flooring places, and boy, are they high! We know this will not be a cheap re-do for the house, but holy cow.......! So we went to Lowes and basically found just about exactly what we want in all 3 things. And the total cost (just ballpark so far, would be much much cheaper with them. Much. I'm curious to know if any of you hve had any dealings with either the purchase and/or the installation of it. It's all subcontracted out, I know. The flooring places said they have all their own installers. I'm hoping some of you can help me. TIA AnneMary
