If it fits in your beliefs, then it's great for you.  For me, it would go against everything my religion would condone.   It is all about your particular faith.

Nobody's house really sells that quick because of the statue. It's just a superstition and kind of a fun thing to do. My niece and nephew got a kick out of putting it in the ground.

No statue, sold my first house in 3 hours. No statue, sold my last house in 2 weeks. All you need is a For Sale sign...done!
