Has anyone used InstaGone?

I really want to try the product, the reviews are mixed....has anyone had experience with this product?

We have a shower stall that the caulk if just awful....we are going to pull out all the caulk clean really, really good and then recaulk, but there are other areas that need a super good cleaning and I am hoping that this product will work....if not this product are there other suggestions you can give me.....thanks.
