Has anyone had this problem.

Iwas on auto shipment for Jim Shores candles and i sent my check and they said they didnt get it so i checked with my bank and the check wasnt cashed so i called qvc and they told me to wait 10 days and then they canceled my order.Today they sent my check back because it was all torn up and part of it was missing and ask me to use a major credit card and i could still get my order.Has this happen to any of you.They have always taken my checks before with no problem.
