I perused their site last night (quite by coincidence).     I couldn't find anywhere that they said whether the furniture is delivered fully assembled.    (I hate it when I get a "box of parts" of anything.............

I love Wayfair. I've bought everything from Christmas ornaments to furniture and have always had a good experience. Recently, I had been in the market for a new dining table and found one I liked on Wayfair. As an added bonus, it was on sale ($300 off) with free shipping. I did have to put the legs on it, but that was easy enough to do (the hardest part was flipping the table over - it's solid wood and weighs a ton!).

On a related note, Joss & Main and Birch Lane (two of my other favorite sites) are part of the Wayfair family. I've gotten some really good deals at J&M.

I ordered a decorative pillow from Wayfair via Amazon a few years ago.  I was very surprised when I received it as it wasn't the color combination that the photo depicted.  I had to contact Wayfair's customer service to inquire/resolve this and didn't have the best of experiences (she told me they couldn't possibly post all of the color combinations for each item).

In the end it was fine as I found a place for the pillow and I have friends that just love Wayfair but if you order from them via a third party site please be aware that their photos may not adequately reflect the actual color of the product.

Last month I ordered an end table from them. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was quick and free.

I've just ordered a valance for my bathroom. It arrived with a rip in the fabric so I contacted Wayfair and they replaced it right away, so no complaints. Oh, I just remembered I ordered a quilt there too, was nice and a good price.

@Desertdi  Assembled furniture would take up way too much room on a FedEx truck.  The furniture we've purchased from Wayfair has required assembly at home.  All have been relatively uncomplicated.  One cabinet, however, was missing some parts.  I called and they had a new packet of parts at my door within just a few days.
