I ordered item# 6816962779 (5) drft wood and 3 cotton clouds. Tracking saying it was delivered,but I only received 4 drift wood! Please help!

My advice would be the "live chat" option. You will have to wait for awhile but you do get a person and the problem is usually resolved. That was my result. Good Luck.
