 Am sure that a clumsy handling of a demonstration could  result in loss os sales or new customers

I don't get the hoopla about his candles anyway.  I find them overpriced and no better than what's available locally, in my case anyway.   I certainly can't stand watching him either, he's so snobby.

She kept putting the bottle in backwards then trying to snap the holder together....There's only one way the unit will snap together...look at the shape of the bottle (it has an indention like the holder).  I was even talking to the TV telling her to turn it around....She claimed she had these all over her house.........I just went to laughing.

@Texas Gray Wolf   Another example of Carolyn bragging about having a product.  This is why I never did believe a word she said and I can't watch her anymore.

@Patriot3

Give her a break; its live tv and things happen.  I find Carolyn to be totally believable. I have actually met her in person and she was lovely.

I missed the whole thing, but I will say I'm beyond over the vendors at home and calling/skyping in. It's better than nothing, but far from ideal.

Everyone in my life has had to keep going to work since day one of this pandemic, not a single one has been ill. It's beyond dumb to not get some of these vendors back in the studios now.

I didn't see the presentation but I really like Harry.

I see him as a kind and elegant man who is passionate about his candles....can't blame him for that.
