Do you need to re-purpose your old baby grand piano?  I love this idea.

That is fantastic. People are so clever when they repurpose.

I think I'd prefer it without the keyboard.

My exact thoughts.  In fact, at first I didn't think I cared for it so much, but then I realized that I'd like it without the keyboard.

Aww....to me, that's a sad thing to do to such a beautiful baby grand piano. I'd rather spend the money to get the piano into good working condition than spend he money to add interior shelves.. After removing the all wood legs, I guess they just threw them in the trash? Sad.

I think without the keyboard you wouldn't know what it originally was. It's cleaver, but doesn't  thrillme

It's probably the world's most expensive bookcase. Even a broken baby grand is worth a fair amount of money.
