I would love some fluffy, new washcloths and matching hand towels.

New dish towels, dish cloths and pot holders.

Amazon gift cards are always welcome.

I have trouble vacuuming, so one of my neighbors just gifted me with a whole year of once-a-week vacuuming (in exchange for a container of my famous amaretto cranberries from time to time ,,, she even brought 5 pks of cranberries for my freezer.)

Just a couple of ideas ...

I bought 2 sets, so she can have one remote in the living room and one in the bedroom. You can plug anything into these. This way she doesn't have to walk around at night turning off lamps. She just has to hit a few buttons and can go straight to bed. It's good for getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and if you hear a bump in the night, you can always keep the remote next to the bed, and just hit a button and turn on a lamp in the other room to scare off any potential prowlers. She loves and appreciates this gift, and I love her!

Okay....I'm confused (sorry...it doesn't take much at all to confuse me regarding electrical stuff)! I went to the Home Depot website and read about these, but am still not sure how to use them. Does something have to be plugged into the device and then you plug the device into the wall? And does everything it operates have to all be plugged into the same device and/or outlet? Thanks for any clarification someone can provide!

There is one remote and three boxes that each have one outlet on them. So the boxes have a short cord attached to them with a plug which you plug into the wall outlet. So you plug your lamp, or whatever, into the box, and the box is plugged into the wall outlet. Thrn you have two other boxes left withthe set to plug in two more items. They are all controlled by one remote control. The remote has 6 buttons on it. On and off buttons for each of the three boxes.

That's WAY too confusing for me.........I use timers and night lights. (I would like a robot to feed the cat at 3 a.m., though!)

The list sounds easy enough, but finding clip on earrings that only cost a couple dollars was a challenge. She would lose them, so we didn't like to spend alot. She was 94 when she passed. Her mind was very sharp. The thing she cherished most was visits. Give the gift of time. She got such a kick out of holding my sister's babies.
Sweetest post ever. Both you and she were blest. You got it right. I lost my wonderful aunt last spring, so I know. If they're sharp and love you, the best thing you can give them is yourself.

I've used timers, and I think this method is far less complicated to set up. If you have the ability to plug in a nightlight, you should be able to figure out this product. There's nothing complicated about it at all.
