Normally, this would be among the last things I'd find appealing, but for some reason, in this setting, I find it kind of cute.

I like the colors, floors & brightness.  I think the regular subway tiles vs. the block style would have looked better.

I do like the multi colored rag rug (at least that is what it looks like to me).

Simple. Adds a touch of color and “home”.

 

I do like the simple  square white tile with the darker grout also. Clean. Precise.
