GUARD YOUR ID STAMPS

What are they selling? They show someone using it on bills, tax forms and other pieces of paper. I have a confetti shredder. I put every piece of paper through the shredder and it's unreadable. The only use I can see for the stamps is pill bottles and some plastic mailing envelopes that can't go through the shredder.

Am I missing something here?
