I could move in tomorrow. I especially love the "stepped" coffee table. Just my style. The one thing I don't love is the brick. I like brick on the outside of a house, not the inside.

What a beautifully decorated apartment. I especially love the couches, pillows, and decorative pieces. Greenwich village is pricey. I'm sure she's paying a pretty penny to live there!

Love, love, love what she has done with this apartment! @Oznell Three locks on the front door, one appears to be a bolt. I do not know of a New Yorker that has a security system in a rental apartment. I love how the a/c's are installed! Very clever and it does not interfere with opening the windows. The crown molding is to die for as well as the floors.

The apartment itself is fabulous and had such potential. The decor, other than the rugs and a few other elements is, to me, unfortunate.

@Citrine1 It is a beautiful apartment. I did not think that SNL cast members made a ton of money. Maybe she has a second job or is getting some help with the rent.

I just googled SNL salaries. It seems the newest cast members (the rookies) make about $7,000 per episode. The more seasoned members make between. $15,000 and $25,000 per episode.

What an interesting apartment with a wonderful visual flow from one rich area to another!

I am in love with that green couch as well; that entire view of the room has a wonderful flow! I would love to see the rest of the painting above the couch! I love the coffee table as well!

The fire place and the tall mirror are wonderful in the main area! The second fireplace and mirror are wonderful too across from that unique coffee table. I see the Chrysler building as well!

Her color flow is excellent; although, I would have done the second couch in navy or deep purple.

I love the space and everything in it and about it. Is loving velvet too much a problem? Nope, not for me.

I love white in a bedroom but am surprised how much I love the color. Your descriptions including "toasty" and table with a "chrysler building" feeling were perfect. I covet that table. The hardwood floors and beautiful windows and lighting are amazing.

My favorite is the last picture. Love, love the lamp, artwork, table and of course the lovely dog.

I only started watching SNL last year after many years of absence. Chloe is absolutely hysterical and she is a dead on mimic. Check out the video of her as Jennifer Coolidge, it is incredible.
