OK........looks to me like the marketers of home decor have totally "gotten to" some folks! I like a little porch decor -- perhaps a seasonal wreath and an attractive grouping of pumpkins or whatever, but most of these porches are just so, so cluttery..........don't you think? Some of the individual items are lovely, but there are just too many of them! What ever happened to the idea of grouping items in three's? (Not "twenty-three's"!) When did it become fashionable to stack up as many items as physically possible around the front door? That #6 post has so much stuff massed in and around the doorway that a person would have to very carefully pick his/her way in to avoid tripping over a pumpkin! Anybody else like simpler groupings that will make my porch look more warm and welcoming and less like a crammed-full home accessory warehouse?

And genuinely......thanks for posting these pictures. It's reviewing, evaluating, and discussing items like these that help all of us compare and hone our sense of style and taste. And of course, we won't always all agree..........
