I don't like those colors together. The pink tropical wall with the red furniture and the multi colored rug just doesn't make sense to me. The furniture is too formal for my taste.

I would use a larger rug so that I could separate the seating further.  It's too cramped as shown.  I also would eliminate the pink screen in the background.  

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

My living room is NEVER used....but the house was built in the late 70's and that is what was the norm in those days..and I have a dining room that is also rarely used....such a waste of space, for us.

Too formal for my taste and I don't care for the colors or design of the back drop and furniture.
