Oh no!  I like formal rooms, but not this one.  Sloppy slip covered big puffy chairs do not belong with the rest of the room. They are too family room casual.

I don't like the rug or the coffee table.  That big mirror above  fireplace reflects the chandelier and flower arrangement.  You can't even enjoy it.

I hate the wall art too. The only thing formal about it is the frames.

The room itself is a beautiful space, but needs a better designer.

Honestly, remindes me of an over the top Funeral Parlor.

Ditto!   Just too much going on...that room makes me nervous.

Way too formal & ornate looking.  Wouldn't feel comfortable sitting there.

very pretty.  i love looking at this room, but i would not want to live in it.  a little too formal for my taste.  but really pretty!
