What's with the excited screaming from female presenters on the kitchen shows? As David or Rick turn up the energy these young women all start in with the high pitched shrill screaming. High energy selling is one thing, but this is over the top. These young women get so wound up they start to spill food all over the presentation table emptying cooking vessels onto serving plates. Who thinks this is a good thing? Hopefully QVC doesn't. I tuned in just to see what was on tonights ITKWD and couldn't believe the screamig. I turned off the channel. Sorry I can't watch that.

didn't watch , but have heard all the squealing on other food shows. One of the new Hosts , Chelsea did some funny eye rolling and facial gestures that reminded me of David when he would be so animated back in the day sampling food

I mentioned this on another thread earlier. It's completely out of control and sounding down right desperate!!! Tonight was especially crazy. The Lock N Lock lady does the same thing. Really not needed IMO!!!

Sounded like I didn't miss much by falling asleep and miss "ITHKWD "(RICK) last evening. But knew Rick would be too hyper for me to watch .Just not Rick but I got to where I am not liking even the shows with David as much anymore.
One day I thought I heard a female scream, on a show ,now I know I wasn't wrong. Between the immaturity of some of the hosts with their giggling, loudness, childish ways and now this new tactic of screaming I know for sure why I am enjoying just going to "recently on items" to see what was on much more peaceful.

I pretty much no longer watch the nonsense. Wonder if they will eventually scream themselves into non existence?

I don't watch food shows but Rick who was always lively and energetic now acts like a squirrel with his tail on fire. If he puts out crazy loud energy, they hAve to do the same to match him.

I wish the female hosts and female vendors would pull back their hair when presenting food. I just imagine hair in the food and I cringe.

I don't watch food shows but there's a lot of screeching and squealing on all the shows. From the vendors and from some hosts. I use my mute button a lot.

@chrystaltree ---OMG!!!! I cannot tell you how much I chuckled
at the squirrel comment--the visual is exactly how RD is all the time--cannot stand the man and never watch him. Food/kitchen shows are tired and boring and the same old stuff----

This is what makes me sick...
What’s the deal with the QVC hosts and presenters MAULING the food?1
Whether its cookies, fudge, coffee cake, snack bars…they break it in half, put the 2 pieces on top of each other, and maul, squeeze and tear the food apart…their fingers/hands are then covered with the mess they created…crumbs, mush..ug!
…and with meats they keep cutting the pieces and squishing down on the food to show how “juicy” it is.
Besides what they do to the food, most need a feign’ manicure!
This is REVOLTING!
