I like it alot---something different and not matchy matchy in a room is very pleasing to my eye

Are we sure that's a mirror?  The reflection is off-color of the ivory colored walls.

Seems more like, perhaps, a silk screen or the like, that plays off the rug color, chair upholstery and couch pillows.  All of which I like.

@Lucky Charm

Interesting question. I just assumed it was a mirror.

The mirror is unique, and I generally like that. This one reminds me of a traffic light though, and I'm not sure I could see it any other way now.

I do believe it is a mirror though. If you look close at the top it appears you can see the reflection of recessed lighting.

Interesting photo in general

@wilma

The only things I like about this room are the sofa & french doors behind it.

I just don't like the room itself.  The bare windows, the fireplace, the inset shelving, the upper hall and railing.

I'd keep the furniture and ditch the house.Woman LOL

@Lucky Charm  That’s exactly what I was going to say—are we sure it’s a mirror? I enlarged the picture quite a bit and zoomed in on it, and it looks like an art piece with green coloring. Seeing that, I think it’s fine for that room.

I like the mirror - I don't like the pattern on the rug and the chairs though.

@wilma    There is nothing about this room that appeals to me.  I agree with the other posts that say the mirror, rug, and furniture are bad.  The one thing that stood out to me was the chair sitting in front of the white door.  How do you open the door?   I don't get it.....

I think the room has possibilities that were Missed!

The mirror does nothing for the room, either does the rug and the furnishings.  This would be an empty out and start from scratch project for me!
