I've read several posts about faulty Luminara Candles purchased from QVC.  I, too,

have had faulty ones.

DO NOT THROW THEM OUT, as some customers have said.  They are too expensive

to discard them.

Here are two helpful contacts:

Customer Service

Luminara Contact Information  1-877-905-8646

or

http://luminara.com/contact-consumer/

If you contact Luminara, they will make it right with you.  I have done this a couple

of times.  They replaced my candles with new ones.  They stand behind their product.

@JoeyleeThank you for this post and welcome to the Forums.

I know they sell thousands and thousands of Luminara, so even when I've seen a few complaints, they don't dissuade my buying.  But it does help to know that should I be one who gets a defective candle, I can also get a replacement.

@Joeylee

Thanks for the info.

However, when I contacted them 2 years ago regarding faulty candles, there was never a response.  I did so twice.

Maybe things have changed, and I hope so for all those who own the candles.

I'm down to 2 working candles (out of maybe 20) and will never buy them again.

Some of those stopped working in a little over a year.

Buy your flameless candles at Costco. I highly recommend them.

They are packaged five to a box and come with batteries.

I purchased two boxes last year and they work wonderfully.  I still am using the original batteries too.

The cost is $39.95. They have a timer and remote control.  They are made by Mirage. They are in the store now.  I saw them on my visit last week.

Costco then brought the price down to $19.95.

@Puggirl  Wow, that price is even better.  They were sold out at my Costco at full price, so there were none to go on sale.

If they are reduced this year, I will buy two more sets.
