I started decorating a little today for fall. I put batteries in the new Valerie's small MG orange pumpkins and chocolate pine cones. They look great. I have some leaves and gourds and berries, etc in a beautiful tray I picked up at home goods this week on sale. I am awaiting delivery of Lisa's cloche and will put in a nice fall scene. My husband thought the lighted pine ones were eggs! LOL

I have four mums mixed in with my summer flowers out on our decks. Anything more will wait until I see the leaves start to turn a bit OR until closer to fall on the calendar. We live in the midwest and have enjoyed wonderful temps all summer long. Love the chilly mornings and evenings, but will not rush fall, even though football has started!!!

I pulled all my inside Fall decorations out over the weekend. I had the time so I thought, why not? We're probably going to buy mums for outside next weekend.

September is for Fall decorations, and October is for Halloween. Of course there's some overlap, but I switch a lot of things around in October, so I want the Fall stuff out for a while first.
