Anytime after Labor Day. Got my inside almost done, and only do my front porch on the outside, so will be getting it underway this coming week.

LOL - this just made me think of Miss Congeniality, when one of the contestants was asked "What would be your favorite date?". It was meant as a "dinner, dancing, etc" type of question, but she responded with April 15 (or something) because, "It's not too hot, not too cold." Too funny!

I know why!!! It's my birthday!!!

I usually put my fall decorations out right around Labor Day, but it's so hot right now and the heat is forecast to continue, so I'm thinking I'll be waiting a while!

I started my inside decorating today even though it's 95 degrees here. In the back of my mind I think if I decorate it will finally cool off here. It's been in the 90's about 90% of the time since May.....YUCK!!

I bought a nice fall table runner and silver & gold pumpkin at Home Goods today. I decorate with pumpkins, sunflowers and scarecrows.

They are predicting upper 80s for temperature. I'd like cool enough to turn off the a/c and warm enough not to turn on the furnace.

I put up the winter curtains in two bedrooms. I washed all my fall & winter tops.

My ""outside fall decorating"" consists of putting a big clay jack o' lantern beside our front door. I do it just before Halloween.

I started today! I dumped my impatients and bought 2 yellow mums and put them in black urns, I have a pumpkin wreath on the front door! I've already decorated my inside..lots of lanterns, fall flowers and candles. I will be putting the mercury pumpkins out in a couple of weeks. The temps seem to be going down, thank goodness!

We closed the pool yesterday, so now it is on to Fall, sometime in the next couple weeks for me. I love Fall.

The only thing I do outside is change the wreath on the front door. I ordered a new one yesterday and I'll put it up when I receive it.

Right now I am busy decorating for my daughter's baby shower next weekend, but I will probably whip those decorations out next week.
