Fabric shower curtain liners...do they really work?

I had never heard of such a thing. Saw them this morning at Walmart while looking for a new liner. Do they really work? I am doubting they would stay put, but I like the idea of being able to launder it, instead of buying new cheap ones all the time.

Any opinions?
