Re: FAVORITE SUNROOM IN FLORIDA TRADITIONAL

I love this home, from bones to furnishings . . . other than too much white kitchen (and of course-adore the kitties, hope the red boy doesn't have a sore hand!)  I really appreciate the eclectic mix of furnishings! Beloved 'cast offs' is the term I give to such wonderful pieces. That hammered stockpot n the stove is wonderful. I too really like the look of the buff shutters working with the blue trim. What a wonderful find, thank you for sharing it @Oznell !!

Re: FAVORITE SUNROOM IN FLORIDA TRADITIONAL

I love everything about it.  I might change the cats out for Siamese.

I like to see houses like this that seem to have grown and evolved with the owners.  I am not fond of decorated houses.  Although they are pretty, they don't reflect a lifetime and with this house, you can see where people have been.  Or so it seems.

Beautiful house.  I appreciate the restraint.

Not filled to the brim with "stuff."

@Oznell just beautiful!

I also love the sunroom; every piece of furniture and every pane of glass Heart

The big windows in the dining room are lovely as is the chandelier.

I like the white kitchen but the room seems a bit narrow...

Would spend quality time on the back porch, snuggling with the cats. Heart

The kitchen stove is not antique.

It is the Cornufe' 100 stove from the fine french company, La Cornue.

A house in my neighborhood had one.  It's gorgeous and the two ovens seem very cool.

It also comes in the most delicious colors.

Re: FAVORITE SUNROOM IN FLORIDA TRADITIONAL

I really like the exterior. Love the porches, blue door, planters, shutters, and use of some brick.

The entry is beautiful. I'd prefer a different coffee table and artwork in the sunroom. Not a fan of the plaid drapes, but like the other pieces. The warmth of the den is nice. I agree the kitchen is a bit too white.

Re: FAVORITE SUNROOM IN FLORIDA TRADITIONAL

Very nice home, interior and exterior.  Love the cats.

Love the millwork in the den, especially the Ionic column.  Like the sunroom coffee table with the volutes similar to the Ionic column.

In the back entry area, like the Federal Style mirror, and also the vintage key made into a hanging key holder.

Like the front entry, especially the mirror.  Like the green chair (or sofa) and green glass lamp in the living room.  There are many nice furniture pieces throughout the house.

Like the exterior with the Doric columns.  Like the colors of the house and shutters and they look very nice together, and the door color looks good with them.
