Since Fall is my favorite season/time of the year, I usually put out a fall Sunflower door wreath, change the garden flag, and a pair of Mums for the front porch end of Sept/first of October.. It stays so hot here for so long, I can't wait for fall and cooler weather. I also do not decorate for Halloween, just a simple fall display until the lst of December. Then on to Christmas. Again, very simple decorating, a red/green Plaid Christmas door wreath, a winter theme garden flag, and 2 matching green topiaries (sp?) for the front porch. I put flameless candles in all the front windows. Ever year, I seem to scale back a little, but I like simple decorating.

Come on Fall, and Happy Decorating!

I begin to make the transition mid-September. I love the colors in this picture!

Thanks for sharing the pic...beautiful! Sigh...wish we had a yard big enough for a shack/room/storage like that...another reason to dream Smile

I really want a storage shed for my backyard to store all of my seasonal decorations. That is an example of my dream shed. Here in S. FL the sheds have to be weatherproof and hurricane compliant and are not that cute. Smiley Sad When I get one, I am going to add on shutters and window boxes and try to dress it up. I should print the picture for inspiration.

Fall is my favorite time of year, so that's the season I decorate the most for.

I usually start right before Labor Day.

Halloween decorations go out October 1st.

Right after Labor Day - wish September had 80 days because it's my favorite time of year in terms of the weather.

Same here! For those reasons and for us here, it's the time we have the most Hummingbirds visiting us...

Oh how we miss them when they are all gone {#emotions_dlg.crying}

I start my Fall decorations as soon as the extra large mums hit the club stores. In my area that around mid September.

I decorate for Fall usually around the 15th of September. I do not decorate for Halloween so the Fall stuff remains up until the day after Thanksgiving when I start to decorate for Christmas. I love the Fall and can't wait for it to start. So tired of the Summer heat and the daily storms.
