The plants are obviously artificial.  As @Chessa35 wrote, these flowers wouldn't all be blooming at the same time, specially in the little flowerpots and wrappers some are in, or in the large flowerpots where they are crowded.  Maybe this is a vendor.

As someone else wrote, with all the flowers in bloom, it reminded me of a funeral parlor.  Maybe this is the flowershop annexed to it,

If the homeowner is happy to live this way in their home what business is it of ours.  On the other hand it could be staged by some decorator/designer to advertise their design.  Where is this picture from.  It could also be a movie set.

Whoa--  what an amazing, heady scent would assail you if they were all real.  It's just fun to look at a crazy cascade like that, even though it would be impossible to live with that kind of stimulation.

Love all the beautiful color combinations but I would not be able to breathe in that room or see it from my runny eyes.  What a very tall room that is.

Pretty for a photograph, but I can think of a million better ways to decorate that beautiful room.

Unfortunately, it's not only the excessive vegetation that needs to go; they can haul away the furniture too.
